Rule book

Access to the Centre is reserved to members, in good standing with the current year's registration, and their companions.

Training a dog is a serious matter, therefore it requires maximum commitment and availability, other then the correct equipment (collar or harness, leash, suitable treats) which will be recommended by the instructors. For your comfort and safety, we also recommend a clothing suitable to a mountain and sporty environment.

It is recommended that you do not feed your dog close to the lesson, but within three hours of the appointment.

These internal regulations govern the relationship between the dog training center and its members.

Upon signing the membership form and paying the fee for the chosen service you accept this regulation.

Acceptance of the regulation is understood to be extended to indefinite period for all future periods of dog foster care or during use of the facility.

Hygiene and Health

- The dog must have a health record, which must be presented at registration, complete with an identification microchip and all required vaccinations. A passport is not required for dogs residing in Italy, but must be presented if you own one.

– Owners are required to certify their dog's health; only dogs in good health, regularly treated with antiparasitic medication, and free of deworming are allowed access.
It is mandatory to treat your dog preventively against fleas and ticks with a product of proven effectiveness that also neutralizes flea eggs and larvae.

– Females in heat will be allowed to participate in activities only after prior agreement with the staff.
If the female isn't in heat, she can access the daycare and boarding facilities. If she were to come into heat while boarding, she would be cared for separately from the male dogs and, for her safety, would sleep at night in a kennel appropriate for her size.

Puppies that have not yet completed their vaccination cycle can access the dog training center by prior arrangement with the staff.

– Dogs suffering from lameness, sick dogs, or convalescent dogs can access the dog training center by prior arrangement with the staff.

-Do not train/work with your dog if it is not in good health. We recommend having preventive x-rays done by your veterinarian before starting any courses, especially dog agility courses.

– If the dog requires veterinary care during the fostering period or while performing activities, the owner agrees to cover the related costs. Except in emergencies, which will be handled promptly, the company will inform the dog's owner of the need for care so they can contact their trusted veterinarian.

– In the event that our staff members or clients are bitten by a dog inside or outside the center for any reason, it may be necessary to report the incident to the relevant local health authority, which will then conduct a thorough check on the biter.
