– How are payments made? We accept cash, bank transfer, Satispay, or credit cards. We regret that we do not accept checks for on-site payments.
– What are the center's opening hours? We are open every day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexible hours depending on the time of year.
– Are you open in winter too? Yes. The nursery is open year-round by appointment at our indoor facility. Education will be provided at home depending on the instructor's availability.
– What is the founder's professional profile? Anthea Ostellino is a dog trainer with a degree in Animal Husbandry Techniques and Dog Education and a Master's degree in Behavioral Re-education (ESCAC) from the University of Pisa. She has many years of experience in the field and holds FISC and CSEN certifications.

– What is the difference between daycare and boarding? Daycare only includes daytime hours; while boarding also includes overnight stays.
– What are your check-in and check-out times for dogs? Dog check-ins at both daycare and boarding are from 9:00 am to 10:00 am or from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and are arranged personally with the owners. Check-out times may vary based on the owners' and the dog training center's needs and are arranged personally.
– Do you need to book in advance? Yes, booking well in advance is recommended.
– How many dogs do you house at a time? The number of guests at the daycare varies depending on the location and the season; while at the boarding facility, we always have a maximum of five dogs.
– Is there always staff present with the dogs? Yes, the dogs in the facility are looked after by our staff 24/7.
– What kind of boarding do you do? Our boarding facility is structured like a home, which means we don't use kennels and we keep a limited number of dogs to best meet each individual's needs and well-being.
Nutrition and meal management
Nutrition and meal management Food is the only thing not included in boarding. Each dog has a specific diet, and we want to maintain their habits, so we ask owners to provide their food and their required doses during their stay.
– Do you follow any special diets or have any specific needs (allergies, intolerances)? Each dog has its own personal form that is filled out at check-in, and special attention is paid to dogs with allergies or food-related illnesses.
– How are meals managed (times, quantities)? Each dog has its own personal profile that is filled out at check-in, so its feeding habits are monitored based on its needs.
– What if my dog is fed a homemade or BARF diet? Our structure is also organized to manage this type of power supply.
