– <\/strong>Are you open in winter too?<\/strong> Yes. The nursery is open year-round by appointment at our indoor facility. Education will be provided at home depending on the instructor's availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– <\/strong>What is the founder's professional profile?<\/strong> Anthea Ostellino is a dog trainer with a degree in Animal Husbandry Techniques and Dog Education and a Master's degree in Behavioral Re-education (ESCAC) from the University of Pisa. \u2013 What is the difference between daycare and boarding?<\/strong> Daycare only includes daytime hours; while boarding also includes overnight stays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 What are your check-in and check-out times for dogs?<\/strong> Dog check-ins at both daycare and boarding are from 9:00 am to 10:00 am or from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and are arranged personally with the owners. Check-out times may vary based on the owners' and the dog training center's needs and are arranged personally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Do you need to book in advance?<\/strong>  Yes, booking well in advance is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 How many dogs do you house at a time?<\/strong> The number of guests at the daycare varies depending on the location and the season; while at the boarding facility, we always have a maximum of five dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Is there always staff present with the dogs?<\/strong> Yes, the dogs in the facility are looked after by our staff 24\/7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 What kind of boarding do you do?<\/strong> Our boarding facility is structured like a home, which means we don't use kennels and we keep a limited number of dogs to best meet each individual's needs and well-being.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Does my dog \u200b\u200bneed to be vaccinated against kennel cough? <\/strong>Yes, dogs boarded with us must be vaccinated against kennel cough for the safety of all our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Do you accept non-spayed\/neutered dogs? <\/strong>Yes, as long as any females in heat are notified in good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Do you accept puppies? From what age?<\/strong> Yes, puppies are welcome as long as they have at least two vaccinations for their safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Does my dog \u200b\u200bneed to be vaccinated?<\/strong> Yes, the health booklet is required as a screening procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 What if it's a puppy with not all the vaccinations done?<\/strong> Having all the dogs on the premises up to date with their vaccinations ensures a safe environment for puppies who need to complete their vaccination schedule.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
